Help a new girl out!
I have begun my search into travel nursing and am amazed at the variables found between agencies. What's your best advice for a new (experienced RN) traveler?

Have you ever worked at St Davids in Austin?
Ashley Peterson, Healthcare Recruiter
I would say to find the top 3-5 items that are MOST important for you in a travel contract (e.g. location, pay, shift, communication, benefits, etc.) and then find 3 agencies that you think meet those expecations and start there!
Samuel Mercer, CST
Understand the pay and what you're getting into. As a former traveler, now Agency owner... That is key! I agree with Ashley above as well. If you need any help, please feel free to connect. Smercer@junxionmedstaffing.com 270-871-0790
